| High Jump Drill: Each
athlete is to do 5 attempts each at running in and jumping off one foot
onto the mat in a scissor action. The aim is to land on the feet
on the mat. |
| Bean Bag Discus: Athletes
take it in turns to throw a bean bag (discus style) from inside a hoop.
This can be measured from the edge of the hop to where it falls. |
